"This firm is excellent. I am thankful for Juan because he has been so knowledgeable and considerate while helping me find the right coverage and payments that fit. That means everything.. I would like to add a new experience with the Tag Rome State Farm Insurance agent, Michelle. It was time to add uninsured motorist to my policy. Michelle took the time to listen about a recent fall that left me with a broken arm in a couple places and went the extra mile to help make payments easier through the rest of the year. The personal service I’ve gotten from this office has been unlike anything I’ve ever experienced with any other insurance agency. They have been pleasantly helpful at every turn."
